        <![CDATA[ I mean I know blahdy blah blah vehicular manslaughter is bad blahdy blah blah.  But surely sometimes people have it coming and you would get off scott free
when judged by a jury of your peers.  I was just on the way back from the grocery store and this ragedy looking guy (not quite homeless but maybe on the cusp)
jaywalks across the street and comes to almost a stop when he is in the middle of the other lane.  The guy next to me and the whole string of cars behind him
had to come to a quick... ]]>
