Many years ago, I used to install DSL lines in Cincinnati. A few times I had to go to Over-The-Rhine for installations. It's interesting that a hundred years ago it was an affluent section of town and some of the homes I entered were actually quite palatial. I guess welfare really can get you some good digs.
