I used to get the arby's roast beef bbq - until someone told me it was their day old or so roast beef. Now I just get regular with lots of arby's sauce. Yum!

No curly fries today -- just the sandwich with the free poppers. Got my Diet Coke from the machine at work.

Congrats, Pixel, on your first time using both sauces.

They should really put that on the menu board - "For deluxe extreme supreme flavor kick-assage, use BOTH sauces"

And yeah, I agree about the poppers - they're alright, but the sauce is bleh. I prefer a nice salsa to dip my poppers into.

DID YOU GET CURLY FRIES WITH A SIDE OF CHEESE SAUCE?!?!?!? (that's another thing for me - the curly fries MUST have a side of cheese sauce -...

OK, you people made me do it. Hit up Arby's for lunch.

I forgot that on Wednesdays the ones around here have free stuff... I got a free Jalapeno bites (too lazy to look for the ~ over "n" character.) It came with Bronco Berry Sauce (which contained about as much real berry as a Crunchberry.) The jalapenos with the sauce were an interesting combination, but the jalapenos didn't have the kick I would have liked. I give those a B-minus.

Got the medium roast...

Healthier than what....

I'm not picking, I just saw something on an eat this not that segment of some show.... probably Oprah or some shit like that.

The regular roast beef sandwich has "only" 320 calories.

While Arby's is tasty, for the really good roast beef sammiches (fast food style), Roy Rogers is the place. There was a single Roy Rogers restaurant back in the day where I grew up, but I do not know if it is still around. Their roast beef was much more thickly sliced and was very very good.

The Market Fresh sandwiches are healthier and are really good.
