Rona, Kennedy, Molly and Vi went on the trip.

Unfortunately, Molly was killed by Caleb later in the season. Rona was badly injured in the finale but recovered and appeared again as a slayer in the season 8 comics. Vi surprisingly turned out to be a really kickass slayer and seriously owned in the finale.

Agreed. Season 7 was such a let down in general, for me.

I loved Fear Itself. One of the first times I really started to like Anya.
Yeah, in season 3 she wasn't exactly her own, you know what I mean? She was a much more serious, less awkward version of herself. She started to show signs of the great character she was going to become in 4x03, but it's in around here that she truly embraced her quirkiness and straightforwardness. Plus, she and Giles make a great comedic duo.
