yeah, tall is good for me. And realistically buying a 6-burner grill and expecting it to maintain a low profile is dumb, but it would be perfect if it were about 4 inches lower. I may take off the wheels.

For those of you who care (ie Ned). I went with the E650. Was totally trivial to take the one side flange off. Nice thing about it is it's just as easy to put back on so I will chuck it in a closet and use it when I need it.

Only thing I don't like about it is it is a little taller than I thought it would be, but I can live with it. Even mr. NAA didn't whine too much about it.

I am embarrassingly giddy about my grill.

ok, so I need a new grill. I've been using the Weber Genesis gas grill for a few years, but I've kind of outgrown it.

Let's dispense with the whole gas vs charcoal thing off the top. Would love to use charcoal but the grill is on a wood deck and I've run a propane line directly to it, so it's going to be gas. Plus, I have a much higher probability of blowing my house and myself up with gas, which is very appealing.
