I did not think of coach as a villian; but he was entertaining; if not for him; this season could of been far worse. I think the best season so far was borneo...i rewatched the borneo season just a couple of weeks ago, and there was something raw that is no longer there in later survivor seasons; though i still am a fan and always will be.

In later seasons, i liked amazon, pearl islands, and china....as well as Micronesia. The worst by far was survivor Thailand...there was something...

It was one of the few that transformed me from a casual Survivor fan into a dedicated viewer/reader, so I'll give it props for that.

I enjoyed almost all of it except for the Spencer/Sydney/Joe boot episodes that were some of the more boring and predictable ones in recent memory.

I think it can be placed in the top tier of elite seasons (in chronological order):

Borneo
Australia
Amazon
Pearl Islands
China
Micronesia
Tocantins

I'd have it at least ranked higher than China and maybe a couple of the others, so it's probably top 5 for me. All-Stars is a love/hate season that could also be placed up there by some people. A second All-Stars should work much better.

For me its not in the top five but in my Top Seven so I think its one of the best seasons ever! :D Top 5 if Stephen have won and Top 1 if Sandy have made the jury or f2.
