It's not Stephen's vote that was stupid. It was JT's.

JT chose to vote Erinn so as not to piss off Coach and earn his vote for the million.

When Stephen calls him out on this, it will become very clear to Taj that JT expects to be sitting next to Stephen in the final two.
Taj knows that Coach expected her and Erinn to vote for him and for JT and Stephen to vote Erinn with him.
So if Stephen calls out JT for the "saving face with Coach...

This is a tough one. Certainly I'd personally much rather have Erinn around than Coach and was very happy with the results Thursday night. Was it the best move for Stephen & JT though? Can't say. Coach and Taj were never gonna team up with each other at F4. Coach was too delusional and Taj hated Coach. Would never happen ever. Could Erinn and Taj team up at F4? Certainly very possible. But why would JT vote against three people in order to secure ONE vote? If Taj and Erinn are pissed (especially Erinn), then he loses two votes to gain one. It's possible that JT's vote was the surprise to Stephen if they agreed to vote out coach. It secures a jury vote from Coach (for JT) and effectively makes Stephen look like the evil wizard. Stephen actually likes Coach so this would bother him on both a personal as well as a game level. It would have been better for Stephen if it looked like everyone was in on the vote because then no one is the hero or the villain in Coach's eyes.

I was starting to think maybe Coach was gearing up to win because he didn't do a lot of double crossing. Still the jury hates him. Ponderosa should be fun.
