It's not a bad question,

If the team that gets U-Turned and finishes both task before the rest of the teams got to the U-Turn Box,
They should be able to U-Turn any team that has not made it to the U-Turn Box.

A double U-Turn would be rare as most teams arrive close to the same time, but it's something that should be looked into
