I don't see Coach making F2. Mostly because it would make me want to gouge out my eyes and ears.

We have been expressly shown almost every single player out there commenting on how much they love JT. I don't recall ever seeing that before. I can't see Stephen, who has shown us he knows the game and knows how things work, blindly taking JT to the F2 knowing how much he's adored by everyone. I just can't.

Yes but lose to who? We haven't seen Sierra or Erinn or Taj make fire. Based on their backgrounds, there is no reason to believe that any of them are better than Stephen at it. I can't see Coach making it to final 4 and I don't see Stephen or JT voting against each other. So that leaves Debbie.
Did they ever show Danielle making fire? They might have, but it was because she was on exile island and kind of...

Yup, Stephen's thinking F2 all right. He's got his eyes on the prize and as much as he SEEMS to still be "smitten" by JT, he's got a sense that he can't beat him in the end game. Or even MIGHT not. So he's going to have to get rid of him before that.

It wouldn't surprise me if JT wins all the remaining Immunity Challenges. Except for maybe Coach, who really can ralistically beat JT in that grappling hook challenge? Regarding the challenges, JT is in a similar position to Colby in the Outback.

We haven't seen any of the Jalapao guarding against a JT blindside, but they're obviously aware of the possibility. Are the editors not showing it to us to preserve the JT blindside surprise (which could only make sense if the spider is prior to F4)? Or not showing it to create more suspense in the episode where Timbira attempt it, but fail?

I haven't observed that the winner of Survivor follows any kind of a theme.
