There are different ways to look at Dial Idol's info.

I like to look at their graph page and click only the "busy" box

That graph predicted Lil, Matt and Kris bottom 3.

Bottom 5 included Allison and Anoop.

I honestly wouldn't be shocked to see it used on Anoop... and this is coming from the most pesimestic Desai fan out there.

They have jerked his chain and played with his emotions so badly this year, the producers may be trying to build the "ultimate underdog" Final 3 boot story.

I'm pretty sure that means the save can be used at the final 5 results show, leaving a double boot week to determine the top 3.

But I think they would want to use it before the last possible opportunity, and if they're going to use it at all I wouldn't be surprised to have it happen this week. If Lil goes I doubt Simon would agree to save her at this point, but he's a fickle bastard so who knows. Anoop no, Matt/Kris/Allison maybe. However, if they used it on...

The conditions are that the panel can only use the Judge's Save once per season up until only five finalists are left in the competition -- and the vote to keep any contestant in the game has to be unanimous.

That's still ambiguous. I take it to mean that the save can be used when there are five finalists left and one of them would otherwise be sent home (bringing the total to four). That means that it would be in play...

Its already been determined that kris receives a large amount of text votes. His friends back home have said that people who go to the local watch parties all vote via text messaging, and im sure many other kris fans do as well.
