But the challenge was good, apart from the shooters rule. They were probably hoping for some hubris, like when Stephenie and Judd's egos and shitty aim cost them the first post-switch IC.

The producers probably couldn't wait for the merge to have another opportunity to show JT as the superhero challenge god ("OMG he shattered all 3 tiles in only 3 shots!!!!").

i didn't like this challenge either. what happened to the simpler endurance challenges? those are the best to watch imo, but it seems like we never see them anymore. not even gabon's final immunity challenge was about endurance :/

The IC was badly planned. What they should have done was keep the option to switch shooters, but once a tile was shattered, you MUST switch shooters. And no one can break more than one of the three tiles. The challenge-makers screwed up BIG-TIME in this IC.

The challenge itself was not bad, but what the fuck was with the rule that allowed only one person to keep shooting???? What the fuck was the purpose of sitting out Merhag then if half of the fucking tribe was not participating anyway.... How gay was that... I want to see more targets and some of the weeklings trying to fumble with the sling-shot.....
