Weak week overall, and not because of bad performances. It's because of too many OK but mediocre ones. Although, there was one shining light.

9 - Anoop - The judges were too harsh but the frat boy comparison was apt. Singing was decent but the performance came off as mediocre. 5/10

8 - Danny - His best performance of the season, by far. It would've actually been really good, except for the few moments when he did over-sing. Randy was SO wrong; he doesn't...

1. Anoop Desai - love his very good performance and Usher is his favorite R&B singer.
2. Adam Lambert - another good performance for him and 100% way sure for the judges.

1. Kris Allen - Closest thing to an Idol moment IMO. Stunning arrangement.

2. Trollison - . Can't believe she sang as well as she did. Easily her best performance to date.
I even liked her horrid troll doll/avril rip-off outfit.
3. WifeKiller - What HURT's the Most? Losing my Grandpa. :eyeroll Even still a great vocal.

Rough night for the hopefuls.

1) Kris (did a nice job with the arrangement even though he still has his bad moments when singing)
2) Danny (it pains me to put him this high; shows how poor everyone else fared)
3) Anoop (fuck off judges; thought he was better than given credit for)
4) Allison (mediocre singing, guitar was nothing more than a prop, hideous outfit and hair)
5) Matt (whenever he tries to the rock-poop thing he gets himself in trouble; may cost him...
