Also I think people give these contestants too much credit saying that don't think the judges will save them. I honestly think most of them are arrogant/delusional enough to think the judges might use the save on them, Alexis especially.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have them sing a new, different song to try and save themselves? Having them sing the same crappy song that the judges hated the night before is pointless.
In theory the judges save would be for someone who the judges did like but the audience didn't give enough votes to.
