Season 5 had the best top 10 ever. It had more depth of talent than any other season. cook wouldn't have made it either i think.

in the end i don't think it matters too much. looking back at S4-7, starting from the Top 8 or so, those people would've made it under any format.

Sorry but I disagree on so many levels with this statement because season five had some absolutely awesome vocals and amazing performances. Chris, Paris, Mandisa, Elliot were all great and shit I even liked some of Pickler's performances.
