Doing Mary J. Blige positions her as contemporary and exciting. She won't seem old-fashioned the way Melinda was. It's easy to see why the judges are so high on her. With her wonderful, versatile voice, good looks and sparkling personality I can not only see her winning but can easily envision her smoothly cruising to the title, without ever once giving a poor performance or landing in the bottom 3.

Her fanbase is going to be HUGE!! I think she will be able to tackle any theme and just nail it every week. I like that she doesn't yell or sound shrill when she sings too. Such a refreshing change of pace. GOOD LUCK LIL!!
