At the same time, you can't say that likability is entirely crucial to the game. Arguably the most unlikable contestant made it to the final 3 in Pearl Islands. And that was based on his own gameplay and strategy and very little on being a goat.

Jerry doesn't look like he's in good shape, which is a huge criteria for Probst. Unless of course, the audience starts going crazy for him, in which case Probst will start licking his ass as well.
