I finally watched "Zombie" which was good, and I take back the horrible things I said about this girl. She's still fairly bland and sucked the first two weeks, but I appreciate her so much more now that we're being subjected to Amborely's incredibly painful boringness every week. If they needed to pimp a folky girl, why couldn't it be Katelyn?

Too bad they took it upon themselves to bash her with "meh" feedback and placed her in a 3rd/8 performance slot while Katherine was lauded as the greatest singer since Cel-n and placed near the end of the show all three weeks. Ugh I just hate that she's gone after "Zombie".

I think there was room for both of them. We have what? TWO women in the top 10 now? (three if you count Mark) I think this week was a great week for her, she showed a side of herself that really worked! They say find your niche, and she did. Dummies.

Oh yeah. I was high on the Katelynownage last night that I forgot about the judges' criticisms. I think Sass finally got to 'em since she never really liked her since her audition. Grrrr.

Hate that the judges ripped her for this, considering she's one of only three women with a chance in hell at the finals and this was her best performance. They want her to basically be folk-pop Amberly part two, which is a ridiculously poor suggestion and I hope she fully ignores it.

I don't know what the judges were thinking--I loved this performance. She brought something to it she hasn't done before and it worked. Didn't hurt that I have always loved the song.
