i hate the episodes when they put the main character in an excessive amount of physical danger. i'm just like "whatever, you know he's not going to get hurt, so why even contrive these terrible plot lines."

for example, the black friday episode was awesome. i didn't even finish watching the xmas one or the hostage one.

It disappoints me but I can hardly watch this show anymore. The story lines are just too out there.

I love the show in general, but yeah, this last episode was meh. It's better when they focus on the one main storyline and a secondary storyline. I don't care enough about Pfeiffer's character to see a whole episode about him.

I love this show. I am reallllllly bad at reading body language. (I've been teaching college writing for almost 30 years.) So this show is a great tutorial for me. I need to talk less and really look at my interlocuters so that I can get some clues to their motives / feelings. I tend to hang on every word and then miss the main point as conveyed by body language.

But then again, I totally knew that the pissed off dad in the episode a few weeks ago was going to go for the...

This was a bizarre episode. It seemed to go on forever which is never a good observation. Usually they have two cases happening at the same time but everything depended solely on this one and it just wasn't interesting enough to make me care. Maybe the former ER guy wanted more air time so they devoted an epi to him.

wow sugar, you're a lot smarter than I am!! Sometimes I can guess right away whodunit but not last night! I totally didn't see the husband as the copycat. I thought this was an excellent episode. I loved Franco from Rescue Me, he needs to play a bad guy more often....yummy!!

Well this was a rather dark episode. Sadly I had the husband pegged although DH thought I was out in left field.
The only part that bugs me about this show is the backwards manipulation. I knew Lightman wasn't really mad at the younger woman. I knew he was setting her up to react just the way she did. If I can figure that out, why can't she?
I hope there isn't a rash of acid blindings now. Does RL imitate TV or does TV imitate RL? Great to know that Greg Pratt is...

Just caught this last one. It just keeps getting better and better. I really hope that her hubby's lying isn't the trite cheating on the wife subplot. He seemed WAY more panicked than just not getting to meet up with his side dish...

I love Fox shows, so I'm watching!

Plus, I really like Tim Roth. I'm hoping there are enough differences between this and The Mentalist to make it not seem like I'm watching the same show twice a week.
