So what is the strategy? Sending someone to exile is almost like inviting them to join your tribe.

It seems like with all these opportunities for mutiny or cross-tribe alliances, it would be more important than ever to keep alliances hidden, like the onions did starting out last season, or like Earl/Michelle in Fiji.
