ugh to more players--it means the stupid double boot which I hate--at least this season a tribe didn't win immunity, but I still can't stand those episodes

If you start with more players as they have have (as compared to the original 16) then I think it balances out a bit since you have to get through more rounds

w00t w00t w00t for Bob! While not the most exciting, definitely the most likable winner in a long time.

FTC was a bit dull - and all the questions were predictable - as well as the answers given to them. Wish we had gotten more drama than Corinne being a horrid, vile, waste of oxygen.

Still, I really loved this season. Looking forward to Brazil!!!

Had James not been injured last season, it very likely was going to be a F3 finish.

According to one of Probst's blogs they had always intended an F2 for Fans Vs. Favorites. Here are his exact quotes on this issue (which was in the Ep. 13 blog--responding to fans who wrote comments:)

And Probst, too, relatively speaking.

I really wonder how this would have played out with a 30-year-old Bob. You'd have to think he'd be even better at the physical aspects of challenges. Would he be just as good at other aspects of the game, or did that extra 17 years of experience give him the crucial edge? Or would people's perceptions of him from the start been more in line with his actual abilities, rather than dismissing him as the groggy old man?
