No season has ever been better than the first season. Richard was the master. Too bad he is in prison now for 4 years for not paying the taxes on his winnings. He probably hates the show now. :-) Even though there wasn't an HII in the first season, I think it adds more drama into the show. I like how they keep mixing up the tribes multiple times to mess up the alliances. Less than 5 hours to the finale. Here's to hoping Bob wins, but feeling like he'll get F'd.

Well, Stacy for instance joined Dreamz because YM and E had control over the idol. If there was no idol, and the f6 was the same with there being a final 3, Boo most likely aligns with Cassie and Dreamz as it might be perceptable to beat them. Therefore, C is considered the strategical powerhouse rather than YM, so that means Stacy would align with YM and E. If Boo was convinced that that was a tight three person alliance, he might flip to that alliance.

Absolutly. Anything that occured after the first season related to the game is defined as a "twist" in my opinion.

So you don't believe Yau Man and Earls stratagy would have changed in the absence of a HII?

Since the idol has officially done everything (including taking all the suspense out of a tribal council vote like tonight when it could have been a great blindside) will the producers finally get rid of it next season? The answer is no, but damn. I know I'm a Crystal fan, but they could have made the episode so much better by just getting rid of the freaking contraption.
