It seems like it would easier for the people at the ends to get sideways and off the course, than for the people in the middle. Plus from what we've seen, Matty is the impetuous one in challenges.

So the three bundles strapped onto the front of Ken's table must be the eyes and noses? Looks like the little shelf on the side of the green stand with the blank mask is empty to start. Crystal seems to have a black bundle in her hand, it must be that you can only take one at a time? Is it just luck if you get the matching one first? Or there's one of lips, one of eyes, one nose, so you have to get all three. If there's more than one trip, crawling Kenny could be either ahead or...

Bob isn't passing the IN. The fake Idol maybe, but that has questionable value. Kenny is probably the one shown as scrambling, which means he's actually safe...someone else gets the hachet, and they seem to be gunning for Matty if not Bob.

everyone's hauling their bags to TC except for Sugar. Adding in the that she is wearing her HII as well, gives me (and hopefully the other survivors) the distinct impression she's planning on using it tonight and will definately be staying another episode.
