   So the BF is getting into LOST, and has seen a few of the more recent episodes. But because he has so many questions, we bought the DVDs, and he&#39;s
starting to watch from season 1. When the group goes out to go get the dynamite from the Black Rock, he noticed it was located on land, and not near the shore.

moves.

might be assuming that the island appears as a singularity and then spherically grows to normal size in its new space-time location.  Why couldn&#39;t it

			<description><![CDATA[ If the island only moves in time, maybe it reappears in the exact same place in the <em>universe</em>, but not in the <em>world</em>.  Thus, when it reappears
it is placed back on the earth but after the earth has been revolving and rotating, and therefore it <em>appears</em> to have moved in space, but really
it&#39;s only the earth that has moved.  This might explain the plane crash out of Nigeria.
