I'm still in shock that she didn''t use it the last time. Common sense would dictate that voting block of Matty, Crystal meth, Ken and Kelly would have said "Let's vote for Sugar or Ace and get that thing out of their hands if they try to play it, and still get rid of GC as planned."

The episode title is probably referring to one of the snakes that they are carrying in the reward/immunity challenge.

edited to add: the voiceover asks "Thursday on Survivor, could two of the most difficult challenges ever cause...
