ok that bottom screencap is what I saw on the commercail, and I though the rafts were three different colors. That's why I thought there would be three tribes. I guess I was kind of hoping for it too with 15 left.

So the pre-switch "alliances" seem like:

Kelly and Paloma (RIP)
Jacque with the onion
Sugar and Ace

So the blond vs. blond vs. blond comment could mean that the three blonds are on the same team and gong after each other. Very...

The switch is awesome. I just hope the tribes get more even in strentgh and smarts. I wonder what Kelly will do once she is a different tribe, knowing she is at the bottom of the totem poll on her original tribe. I think she got pissed off after Paloma was eliminated.

It seems like Randy and Kelly are the only confirmed switches.

Matty, CG, and Ken are all still Kota. Marcus and Charley are both still Kota.

I think you can see a red buff on kelly in one of the preview maybe not. I imagine theyre given the option of switching? Maybe they reveal in order of position they're ranked?

I think the order of Fang is: (least), Ken, Crystal, Randy, Dan, Matty, (greatest) They also show Susie crying so she's likely last placement.

I believe there'll still be just the two tribes. In one preview there was a shot of two yellow rafts, and another showed a shot with two red rafts and a yellow. There's most likely four rafts in the water, just none of the previews show them all at once.

- Probst says there is a tribal switch.

- They say "now it's blond vs. blond vs blond." They show Sugar, Jacque, and Kelly. (Kelly might get airtime!)

- They show three people on round rafts competing in a challenge.

Anyone have any idea what this "Rank Your Tribemates" thing is? We know that CBS hasn't thought of something original, but I can't remember anything like it from a past season.

And Randy better not target Ken and Crystal next week.
