Wow, this was resurrected from the grave! FUCKERS STILL DIDN'T FIX IT! I'VE HAD IT. AND THE FUCKERS ERASED ALL OF MY CONTACTS AND THE BATTERY STILL DOESNT WORK. I'M GOING TO GO IN THERE AND SAY EITHER GIVE ME A NEW FUCKING PHONE OR I'M CANCELING THE CONTRACT. If a couple hundred is what it takes to get rid of those fuckers, then so be it. Anyone have suggestions on a good Canadian phone company?????????????

So I found out today that the assholes want me to send it BACK AGAIN for a second time! And then if it can't be fixed, then they'll deal with it. That's horseshit, if those fuckers had 2 months to fix it the first time, why the hell should I believe that they can fix it the second time? I don't want to not have a phone again for 8 weeks and have it not working when I get it back. So I'm going to go in and demand a new phone, am I wrong for doing that?

Samsung TVs are great. Samsung bluetooth is okay. Samsung A717 phone = piece of crap.

So, last September I had bought the Samsung M620 (the Beyonce phone). Everything worked fine until in late July, the phones extra battery pack died. So now I essentially have half the battery life of what my phone should be. So I sent it in to get it fixed in really early August. I waited for close to 8 weeks for this phone to be fixed. In the meantime, I had a fucking shitty loaner phone that I could have smashed against a wall. So September 27th finally comes up, right after my warranty...
