Here's an alternative take on the IC. Judging from the vid caps only (haven't seen actual preview), is it possible that the names on the pots can not be seen by the survivors? That might explain Lex telling Tom that he "hit" him. It would also explain KimP's statement if she just discovered that she knocked herself out of the competition.

In the vid caps some times I swear it is, other times it isn't. You can see so much more with a clip in motion.

If it's there it seems pinned down a bit by her back pack.
