I think that the last two seasons aren't missing the same thing. Season nine wasn't missing anything, it was just too trashy for most people. I think this season is just pure boring agony. That is the difference.

I think the real issue is that Season 9 has the potential to be great, but Team Christ is completely undefeated when it comes to challenges. Nothing but themselves stand in the way. They would probably beat BOTH Friendships and Sovereigns in challenges overall.

I dont really agree with this. Even when my favorites get booted early on, I suck it up and move on to the next best thing. Season 9 I liked Team Pink because they were dramatic, crazy, but not obsessed with religion. Once they got decimated I moved on to the last remaining member Sharon, and everyone's favorite single mother Sheila. I couldn't stand Sheila earlier in the game, but with my favorites gone she became more likeable to me compared to people like Natalie, Adam, adn Ryan....

me either. I loved seeing that cunt look to Ryan and Adam in panic and fear when Julie said it was a tie. Then Sheila sent her ass out the door when just a few weeks earlier, Natalie said that if Sheila beat her in a comp then she deserved to lose.

I WOULD have liked S8, but it was rigged from the very beginning and Dick/Daniele's totally fabricated drama combined with the undeserved edit ruined it for me. A Jen or Janelle to root for, it's characters like that that draws people in and keeps them watching and on the edge of their seats. We haven't had anyone like that for 2 seasons now. I haven't been able to find one person to truly root for and to follow because I just haven't cared about any of them.
