customer service morons (and going to the Comcast store to replace my modem) I was told they&#39;d need to send a tech over.  First available opening, next
Tuesday.  I expressed this was unacceptable but they didn&#39;t seem to care one bit.  I ask for the contact number for the local tech personnel and was told

they fixed themselves before I had to wait two weeks.

			<description><![CDATA[ I work for AT&amp;T and our U-Verse is awesome! The only sucky thing about it is that it all comes through the phone line (your phone, tv, and internet) when
there&#39;s an outage (and we have a lot of them on our network) you lose EVERYTHING. You won&#39;t have phone, you won&#39;t have TV, and you won&#39;t have
internet!

Just a heads up if you do sign up for it, make sure make your appointment for a day where you can be at home the majority of the day because it takes 4-8 hours... ]]></description>

will call you ASAP. You get some executive escalation person who you start to work with. Not that service becomes better, we still have signal loss, but they
actually call you back and seem to care about your business. She got us expedited service, actually the local tech manager left his office to get us up and
running since the techs... ]]></description>

how scratched and beat up the one they gave me yesterday was. So I asked for an actual new one. She said they rarely get new ones, but I can pick from a
selection. I picked the newest looking one and guess what, I get him and it fucking works. Guess they don&#39;t actually test these things when they are turned
in, just shrink wrap them. ]]></description>
