The narrator is a very important part of the show. Personally I hate it when contestants recap through confessionals when's it's not a personal involvement. If it's just a general recap of task/challenge it comes off as super annoying.

The UK version feels like I watch watching a documentary. The narrator was not needed through the WHOLE episode and the women were ugly. One hot girl would have been nice.

Well:

BBC America will be airing the UK version starting Tuesday, May 5. The opening episode will air at 8:00 PM ET/PT while all subsequent episodes will air at 9:00 PM ET/PT on Tuesdays, with the finale scheduled to air July 21.

Do be aware this is the 2005 season from which the first four episodes originally aired here in the US late last summer on CNBC prior to the meltdown of the stock market that...

Just looked up CNBC for Monday night and the show is not scheduled. Wonder if it was pulled?

CNBC did not air "Apprentice UK" on Monday 9/29, and because of that likely won't air it this Saturday (10/4). Look for the episode scheduled for this week to air next Monday (10/6).

yeah, we missed an episode due to that stock market crap on monday -- but I think they re-air it Sunday night around 8 or 9 on CNBC.

Didn't like last week's firing. I would have kept the thin blonde chick and dumped the cranky fat one with the low-class accent (who was PM)

While I don't always agree with who gets fired, at least Sir Alan justifies his decision well enough that I can see why he did so and how it makes perfect sense. It's not like he's firing somebody for calling themselves white trash or anything.

Both PMs sucked ass, it's just that the winning one had a solid team.
