When we went shoe shopping, it was before the internet shopping thing. When this kid went into the Navy, they had to special order shoes for him. His first week in boot camp he wore his regular athletic shoes. Online shopping has made his life a lot easier. He is 6'10" and just buying jeans is a problem.

looking for new jeans used to be a nightmare as he insists on wearing Levi 501s, now I can get them online w/o going to multiple sores all over town

Youngest Frankie got his first size 14 when he was 14. It is a pain in the ass to find something that he likes that comes in his size.

My daughter's ex-boyfriend wore a size 16 shoe. I went shopping for shoes with him and he found a store that actually had two pairs of shoes in his size. He had a terrible time trying to decide which pair to get. He hadn't had a choice in shoes in years. I found a store in North Carolina that does carry extra large sizes. He now drives 75 miles to buy shoes.

Can anyone tell me how much these shoes cost in the states? I desperatly want these shoes for a couple of events but can only seem to get the Manolos on ebay here (probably fake) and the Louboutins seem outrageously expensive. I figured they would be cheaper in America with current exchage rates.
