Perez posted earlier (not that he's entirely credible) that he'd been cleared and not charged with anything by the police. Turns out it was just an overblown verbal argument between them which resulted in him shoving her, other rumors from blogs include that the mother/daughter duo were intoxicated while visiting him at his hotel.

Christian Bale, the actor who plays Batman, was arrested today for allegedly assaulting his own mother and sister before last night's premiere of The Dark Knight.

The Welsh-born actor was in custody at a central London police station today being questioned over...
