When Mark says I am doing this for my family. Does he actually say I have to win? or could it be why he was the mole. I am torn between Mark and Paul.

I just thought of this (file this under Paul is the mole theory). In the chain game, where none of them took the execution, Paul was the only one who even wavered his hand over the exemption. I don't think he, as the mole, would have taken it. However, I think maybe the producers might have wanted a shot of somebody's hand over the exemption, which he was willing to provide. Anybody else agree? I remember it being in the previews but being disappointed that nobody took it.

Yeah, in practicality of real life, Mark being the Mole is dumb -he's won so much for them. But in terms of story and editing, I think it makes the most sense.

Craig is the decoy Mole -with no real endgame story, out next.
Nicole "will beat [Paul] at this game," and does in the end.
Mark is the surprise Mole -who did play competitively to win for his family -just not the prize money.

He refused to participate a couple of times, I think. I mean, he was the instigator, if I remember right(which I possibly
don't).

Unfortunately, I'm gonna be disappointed with whomever the mole is revealed to be. None of them to see be great contenders.

The "likely" mole in Craig is lame, because his sabotage methods have been stupid as all hell.
Mark being the mole sucks because while he has always tried to come off as a serious gamer (like a mole probably would), he HAS been a serious gamer. That's a bit of a let-down for a mole.
Paul or Nicole would be the best reveal,...

You guys are thinking WAY to much from a player's point of view, trying to evaluate every one's play as Moley or not.

If you are the Mole, you have absolutely NO OBLIGATION to SABOTAGE ANYTHING. You are paid a FLAT FEE. You don't win the Pot the rest of the Crew loses.

(Maybe it'd be better if the Mole WON, everything the Group LOST. But that would make the Mole reckless and an EASY PICK. Then everyone would sabotage everything in an attempt to...

yeah but on the recap they showed Bobby and Mark make an alliance (oops, sorry Survivor copyright) -coalition. And then Bobby told the audience that he didn't think the mole would do something and then rules Mark out.

Mark: I wouldn't lie to you.

Bobby: I don't think the Mole's going to make a coalition with anyone, I really don't.

Then Clay also does the same thing with Mark, shakes his hand and tells him, "I'm not the Mole."...

The problem with Mark is that he was WAY too into his alliance with Clay from what we saw. The Mole's not supposed to favor any single person, and so the "Drink Alex under the table" thing woulda been ethically out of bounds.

Um...no. It means Paul comes in 4th and Nicole comes in 3rd.

Mark is the most obvious ep1 giveaway winner since Vanuatu. And Craig is an even worse mole than Katherine.

The ending of the second episode after Nicole and Paul's verbal fight ends with Nicole's warning to Paul -"I will beat you in this game."

Now that it wasn't just an event that has to be shown but where the whole show has been wrapped up with, it takes a second look. In the next episode, she tells us the stuff with Paul is "too bad, because I am here to stay."

In the premiere, Mark tells us he has to win it for his family.

Nicole is the only one to even bring up Mark as the Mole -even in jest -in the premiere episode.

"I picked Mark on purpose because of his history teacher background, and he did seem a little bit lost with the item... hmmm, maybe he's the Mole."

this is juxtaposed with Mark frustrated with people bringing electrical equipment and Craig bringing over the Mole sign -which Mark reinforces to the audience (Craig is the Mole) -"That's not funny."...

are we sure they're at the execution when Nicole exhales in supposed shock? There looks to be a black truck behind her and Mark, and Mark looks perfectly calm. It could just be a clip from the host explaining a task that causes her to gasp.

She and Mark are wearing the same clothes at a dinner though -probably the pre-eviction/test dinner. So yeah, probably is eviciton footage. -Shock that Paul or Craig leaves -most likely Craig, the "Mole."
