There are patch files that give you 1000000 tech points and tons of food for version 3, then all you have to do is complete the puzzles.

In the first two, you can speed things along by setting your computer clock forward, then all of a sudden you will have tons of tech points. But, if you set it too far, all of the people will be skeletons.

Gamezebo or Last Day of Work websites have all the cheats and hints.

HELP DMB

Can't get the butterfly one or the baby one on the bottom left, even though we did create the golden child.

Also, wtf is the flower one? We had them honouring the idol, graves and shit to clear the flowers out, but maybe we need to do more of it.

I started playing this one time, enjoyed it, turned it off to sleep for the night, didn't play it for 3 days and then when I came back, all of my people had died and turned into skeletons.

you can set it to 2x speed. even then, it's a little slow.
the weird part is, after you teach them to have sex, they occassionally sneak off on their own and do it. there will be some kid running around and you're like where the fuck did that come from? did i authorize that screwing? I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO WATCH!!!!

I've played all three, and they do get tiresome after a while. That whole "real time" business gets old. I've never gotten all the collectibles, though.
