CBS' Big Brother 10 won the 8 p.m. hour overall in total viewers (7.93 million) and adults 18-49 (2.7/ 8). On the flipside was the time period-premiere of Fox's Hole in the Wall at a disappointing 5.37 million viewers (#3) and a second-place 2.3/ 7 in the demo.

The Big Brother faithful may only number in the six millions, but they are very faithful and watch a show that hardly costs anything to produce three times a week.

The Olympics improved to 14.7/25 at 8 p.m. CBS held onto second with "Big Brother 10," 4.0/7. As has consistently been the case, CBS was second in viewers, and last night also second in the 18-49 demographic. Flashpoint scored 6.311 million with a 1.6/4 among 18-49 year olds at 10pm and Big Brother had an impressive (all things considered) 6.7 million with a 2.3/7 in the age demo, with a rerun of CSI smooshed in between.
