I realize $45 was a lot, but I'm kind of particular about my hair plus it's not the easiest to cut because I have a lot of hair and it's very straight. Don't ask me why but a lot of stylists have trouble with it. Plus the salon he is at is an upscale salon, and I could afford it.

But knowing that I can get a haircut and all those other services added on for only $37...well that changes things.

men get their hair cut at barber shops from fat balding italian men, while leafing through two year-old playboy mags. they never pay more than $35 and all conversation is limited to the weather, poontang or sports. men turn down gel when offered and never, ever, dip their hands in anything.

I have to agree.. If all Craig ever gave you for $45 bucks was a hair cut, you were being robbed... at every single visit! ((unless of course you have some 80'sish Hair Band Do, than maybe you need more cutting than the average male..and therfore your hair cuts should cost more!))

But even with Sarah's $37 job, you are still sorta being robbed.. Also, a good and decent Barber will cut your hair and give you a lil massage action for $18-20 not counting the tip. yw!

um, why not just say that you impulsively took an offer to get your haircut and nails done for $37, and you'll call him in 6 weeks for an new appt. Apologize and tell him you'll mention this situation in confession on Sunday. Laugh it up and never call him again.

Simply tell Craig that you met the most wonderful man, or woman if you're still playing that game, and he/she insists you go to his/her stylist. Assure Craig that it is only temporary until you score. Then just play the avoidance game.
