do you have any meerkats on your staff? I dont mean that in a seckshual way like your staff is your penis and you have a meerkat on it. is just mean that yuou should have othere types of animals owther than the piglets as part of your company. you might also consider butterflies as beagle the butterfly is halfway to demon right now as it is (ha ha just kidding)

You can lease it back from the company you sell it to, and that way it comes under the monthly current budget and not the capital account.
