        <![CDATA[ Do you burn more calories jogging than you do walking? Obviously if you have an hour to work out you can do a lot more jogging than you can walking but if
you decide the distance rather than the amount of time you will spend exercising..does it make a difference?


Does one burn more calories jogging a mile rather than walking or is it the same but jogging is just quicker? ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Covert Bailey is my fitness guru. I never really followed the science of it, just his suggestions, and it works for me (when I stick to it). No more than 45
minutes every other day of aerobic exercise where you can carry on a conversation without huffing and puffing every second word. Any more than 45 minutes
actually works against weight loss. On the off days, I do muscle workout. Just got back into it because the gut seems to come on quicker than it did 10 years
ago.

54321: Just walk -- there&#39;s nothing better for you! And the worst thing you can do is injure yourself while exercising. Once you&#39;re on the dark side of
30, it&#39;s hard to recover -- especially from joint injuries. Start slow and build up your pace and distance gradually -- that&#39;s the right way to do any

			<description><![CDATA[ ^ Doesn&#39;t biking/cycling only beef up your legs?  I have a horrible body type that is not proportional at all.  My lower half is much bigger than my torso.
 I would need to have a concaved stomach to have nice legs, let&#39;s put it that way so most of the weight is in my legs/ass area. I thought that
walking/jogging would be best..
