a real estate agent be the best contact for that, once i get down there? ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Thank God my mom cleaned out her own home when she moved to a retirement apartment!

She had been in that house for 35 years.

What went with her to the apartment was what would fit in the apartment and her small storage area.

Even then it was a real bitch to clean out her apartment after her death. We kids divided up her furniture and the stuff we each wanted and then had Mountain
Mission come and cart off all the rest. They filled their truck with stuff.

			<description><![CDATA[ We used to sales at people&#39;s homes as well. But dmb&#39;s aunt is living in a retirement community, if I remember correctly. They may have rules against
auctions on site. Also, if all the good stuff is going with the auntie, there might not be enough to interest a quality auctioneer. There is more to an auction
than someone showing up and holding up the broken lamp and crying for money. The back work of an auction is a lot of work. Is there someplace to display the
merchandise? What about... ]]></description>

We priced all items and we cleared out almost the whole fucking house. We were mobbed all day. I also listed the sale on craigslist. Fuck an auctioneer. ]]></description>
