Even moreso, if you are at a light that has a green arrow, IT MEANS YOU CAN TURN IN THAT DIRECTION BECAUSE IT IS GREEN. Also, signs that say "Right Turn on Red" mean...guess what? YOU CAN TURN RIGHT WHEN THE LIGHT IS RED!!!!
