All interesting concepts. I love playing Assassin. My high school hosted a game that included faculty...It got so nasty and delicious. We used little clothes pins as our weapon of choice. hehe

how about a season with no mole? most people try to look like the mole anyway so there'd be no shortage of suspects.

since every mole is going to answer the quiz, they'd all tie (since every one of them is a mole, every answer is correct). Ties are determined by the slowest time, so whichever Mole got the slowest time would go.

They could just tell the Mole who is about to be eliminated that they will be eliminated but come back in a twist, like one of the foreign editions. Then after the Mole is eliminated, they really are eliminated.

lol, they guy who wrote it wanted to do a second season, but could never get enough people to sign up.

It was a lot of fun though, not only did you benefit from figuring out your own personal sabateur, but those of everyone else in the circle. You had challenges and basically fed everyone false information. Once a week you would be rated on how much "money" your victim had earned, the less the better and it seems like you lost points if your victim actually guessed you...

Ever play Assassin in college? Every Player gets assigned another Player as a Target (would make a circle, if diagrammed). And as you go about your daily routine, at any moment, the Assassin assigned to you could squirt you with his water pistol. You're out, they get your Target and keep playing. Eventually, you're left with two Players, each Targeting each other. First to get the kill wins.

Well, you could have all Moles with one Player, and the Quiz for the Moles is to guess the Player. The Player's quiz is meaningless... which would be funny if he kept putting all his answers to one of the Moles and each time he survived elimination would get more and more convinced... and then his Mole gets eliminated.

If they let the Moles in on who the Player is, then they could just do all sorts of whacky stuff. Sort of a Mole Schmo. "The Schmole". They could...

Years ago I played in an online game called The Circle, where each person was both a sabateur and victim, thus completing a circle. Once a person was eliminated, the person who had been their victim was reassigned to their sabateur. It was so complex and lovely, one of the two best online games I had ever played. However, since they are dumbing down this seasons Mole so the at-home audience can keep up, something any more complex would not play well to the masses.

It's really quite simple:
All of them are moles.

Every single one is hired.
But each thinks that they are the one and only mole.
Elimination reactions would be so much better, it would be amusing to see how much is actually put in the pot, and everyone would be shocked at the reveal.
