Just watched this, and while I was impressed visually, the story really unraveled at the end there. I think they might have figured they'd get away with it all because the little girl was so feckin' adorable. It was one of those movies, for me, where you wish you could like it more than you actually did.

I've been watching all the making-of stuff on the Web. 16 countries, 4 years, no special effects?! all this shit better be on the DVD.

I just came back from seeing it. It's breathtaking! I highly recommend it to anyone who has it playing in their area.

And Shorty, the DVD comes out in November.

But this is definitely one to see on the big screen. The visuals are fucking awesome.

I saw this a few weeks ago and LOVED it. Best movie I've seen this year. It's not playing in local theaters anymore though.

The trailer is pretty bad IMHO because it doesn't even begin to convey how charming and wonderful this movie is. It just focuses on the action and the breathtaking views, but it doesn't capture the essence of the SCRIPT at all.

I'd probably have to travel to Chicago or Minneapolis to see this, it's about 4-5 hrs each way. I'll probably wait for the DVD, I don't feel like making a drive just for a movie.

It looks really interesting after seeing movie clips.

I don't have my DVD player hooked up right now, but I put it on my netflix queue.

Actually I better hook up my dvd player soon. I've had the same three movies since November.

many critics apparently hated this movie, but it RAWKS! and usually I hate Roger Ebert but I am with him on this one.

it's The Princess Bride for adults. but the visuals are just so spectacular!
