OK so the contract is written up, we both went through it and filled it in on the dates we agreed to. Now I have to get an appointment with my lawyer to go through it one more time and then we continue on the paperwork...

We are writing the offer to purchase tomorrow night at his house. We will write it together, then I take it to my lawyer, sign and then bring it back to him to sign and done and done.

Yeah I know it's crap but just to make sure he doesn't change the appliances on me before closing, at least he listed the brand of appliances in writing.

Well not 100% final but I am going over to the seller's house tomorrow night to finalize the deal.

After 1 month of looking and looking, I am back where I started, the very second house I saw and the first house I was considering.

Um nervous and excited!

The gaysian will no longer be living with his parents!
