The mole is never executed. It goes to a Final 3 with one final quiz and then the reveal show.

I don't think Paul is the Mole. I doubt they'd show the Mole making a coalition and having his partner go home. It seems too easy.

Ultimately, the Mole has to sabotage and send people home, but it would seem that having the Mole actively form an alliance would be tantamount to the show picking a player to saddle with a disadvantage (which would be unfair). Of course, if the alliance is devised and formed by someone else...

Does the mole get paid on any sort of sliding scale or do they get a flat-rate type thing? They should just get all of the money that is not obtained by the group during their missions.

Yes. In past seasons the Mole never actively tried to recruit people into coalitions. The Mole is usually approached by someone else to be in a coalition.

Did anyone else find Alex's voice alluring? I loved listening to his confessionals, I hope he is the Mole, would be nice to see him stick around and for Paul to get screwed.

And although I miss Anderson, Jon did a good job. I get my Anderson fix everynight anyway and wouldn't want to give up a nightly dose of AC360 so that he could be on one hour a week.

In Paul's defense, he does have a family (where as Matt would probably pretend to want kids while secretly slipping his girlfriend birth control pills in her breakfast). Also, Paul isn't trying trying to have sex with every girl on the show. Yes, they are both talkative and they both have accents, and they's both in the construction business, but......

I've already eliminated Paul and Nicole as suspects. They are both way to obvious. I feel pretty neutral towards Paul but already have some mad hatred for Nicole. Sadly, I don't think her "I'm better than everyone else" was an act.
