the tiny fire where they burned the masks in gabon was kind of a letdown. also, the gabonese people having a picnic there seemed to be totally random.

I don't think the voiceovers ever really added to any season except for perhaps ASS. Then again, the sappy images usually don't either. I thought that Borneo,Outback, Kenya,...

My favorite fallen comrades was Marquesas and Outback. The music anyway, plus they used to not have voice overs from the cast, which I can't decide if that's more emotional or less. Probably more.

Marquesas almost brings t.ears to my eyes. The Thailand one was also very touching.

Gabon's was decent. I liked the tribal/cultural interaction with it.

That being said, I still love Palau's for how they sank the torches and divers pulled them up and sold them on Ebay. <3333

I did like Guatemala's fallen comrades. I thought where they burn a drawing of each contestant was pretty cool.

This season's was great. I loved the music and I also liked actually seeing the "day after" confessionals instead of them just being voice-overs. Plus it was neat how each castaway had a unique mask to burn.

The Gabon Rites of Passage was one of the best i think because almost everybody knew everybody, so a lot a of things were said(Sugar <3 for her Randy comment). I also loved PI because it represented the perfect end to the whole pirate theme of the season. Also Sandra <3!

Which one was the best way to remember the fallen castaways?

All I can remember were the recent ones. Thailand had floating flowers. In Palau they let the torches sink.
