I've always thought that Yunjin Kim and Elizabeth Mitchell are the best actresses on the show.

But Elizabeth Mitchell has been way underutilized this season (like Yunjin had been in the past seasons)

So Yunjin takes that award.

Is there an Emmy for acting in a single episode? Because you're right ...

The way it used to work was that you get nominated for a whole season and then you submit your two best episodes when the finalists are announced. If she can get nominated, she's got her two strong episodes.

Seeing as Elizabeth Mitchell was ROBBED last season and...

The thing I love about Sun is that she isn't involved in a love triangle on the island. Juliet and Kate have had major storylines that have gone that route. It's refreshing to have a female character that isn't just waiting around for some guy to sweep her off her feet. Sun is a strong enough character to take care of herself, but at the same time she gets scenes that show her vunerability too.

Girlfriend was on FIYAH tonight. Not to undermine the work of Terry O'Quinn, Elizabeth Mitchell, Naveen Andrews or Michael Emerson, but that was single handedly the best piece of acting of the series to date, and frankly I challenge anyone to show me a single person (male or female, lead or supporting) that delivered a better performance on television this season.
