I just rewatched this season with my son in preparation for the new mole (yay!). I went through the whole thing "remembering" Charlie was the mole and Kathryn was the winner. Imagine my surprise at Charlie's execution. DOH!

The final hotel mission cracked me up so much. Jim and Steve barely even tried to escape their rooms and spent almost all their time chatting on the phone to each other leaving the mole to do all the work. So funny.

I thought Jim was the mole FOR SURE. I just wanted Kathryn to be the winner. We weren't the only ones, I recall seeing a poll on ABC.com asking "who's the mole" of the final 3 & it was pretty evenly spread out.

I just imdb'd her and apparently she helped write The Rock movie The Game Plan? Hmm, sounds like someone is still exhibiting mole characteristics.
