Actually, we all know the reason she was cast. It was because they couldn't get Candice. So it's all CANDICE'S FAULT!

James was probably the least deserving of being cast, based on the way everyone played in their original seasons. And based on this season, Parvati and Cirie were definitely the most deserving of the win. And Parvati was more like Rob M than Amber. She played a strong, aggressive game from start to finished and made a lot of big moves. She didn't ride anyone's coattails like Amber did.

You can tell they purposely cast a lot of Parvati/Amanda types this season and a lot of dumb males...they couldn't risk 5 male winners in a row so they stacked the deck.

An entire cast of Brian Heidek's (who had both game play and personality) would get kind of boring. There needs to be a mix.

Without dumbies, who would Cirie and Parvati be able to blindside... etc...

You need to have BOTH interesting personalities and good gameplay.

I for one, was glad they cast Jonathan. He wasn't one of my favs in his season but I thought he was fun and a bit conniving. Even if it wasn't brilliant.

And even though I didn't understand the casting of Parvati, in the long run, I'd say it was a good move. Those girls made the end game a lot of fun.

Tina didn't really offer anything to her tribe and her going gave Rudy another episode, when he really had no business being out there.

Ethan did pretty good considering he never had numbers on his side.
