died.

commercial lines insurers. Insurance companies are contemptuous of their customers. From their perspective, your job is to pay premiums, and their job is to

			<description><![CDATA[ I think you&#39;re missing the point. Of course the insurance company can deny the claim. They can do anything they want because they have the money. The
burden then falls on the insured to sue the insurance company for the proceeds from the policy. The insured then has to hire a lawyer and give them a third of
the money. Worst case scenario for the insurance company is they have to pay off the policy. They have no downside.

They may be investigating before they pay out and the dad (and some media people/lawyers) are making this look like the big bad company not paying out.

Departments of Insurance in the nation. All John has to do is call the consumer division of the MA Dept of Insurance and the company will pay. Unless, the
company has information that shows that Jenny lied on the application.
