Umm, you have to print it out and use a pen to fill in the blanks. Then you send that with a bunch of other stuff to the address listed......

Is because ratings are diving and they think that by getting more young hardbodies on the show they can fix their ratings issues. They're hoping for more showmances and more sex so the younger demographics will watch. Duh.

Casting for 17 is far done by now. Casting for 18 isn't even close to done yet. Apps are due in July.
